Why reporting on Iran comes at a heavy price - BBC News

It’s almost four months since Mahsa Amini died after being detained by Iran’s morality police, sparking unprecedented demonstrations.

BBC Persian has been key in covering this story, but its journalists, and many others, have faced harassment and persecution by Iran’s authorities.

Staff in BBC Persian’s newsroom in London have revealed how the team has worked to cover news of the unrest.
